To give accurate pricing, we need to meet and discuss your needs in a building. There are simply to many variables to give accurate numbers without a personal meeting. In the construction industry, there is the tendency to use low prices to win a vaguely worded contract. This leaves the builder room to add change work orders and overcharge for them to make up his costs. We will not do this. Its unfair to you and us. We will meet and try to ascertain as accurate an idea of what you want as possible. Then we will present pricing accordingly. There can still be changes, and change work orders, but we attempt to minimize them as much as possible.

No problem! Remember we are not satisfied till you are. We are willing to make changes as you wish. A signed change work order will be required, and extra charges may result, but we strive to price them as fairly as possible.

Every home is different, smaller more basic homes can be completed in as little as six months. Larger more detailed homes can take over 12 months

Don’t worry at all! We specialize in winter builds! With years of experience building in cold weather, we have designed successful systems to allow you to have a high quality project no matter what time of year it is constructed.

That is certainly fine! We have done projects this way numerous times! We will require our trained and certified team members to be on site for certain aspects of the project, to insure the standards required by our warranty provider are upheld. Also, we will ask that you follow our company safety program. These details are typically easily worked through in a meeting where we custom design a building process tailored specifically for your project.

If we are unable to serve you, we have contacts in the construction industry in many communities across Alberta. We would be happy to put you in contact with contractors whom we trust and work with in your area if we know of any. Also, because our design and consulting services are mostly based online, we can serve you in those aspects no matter where you are located!
